Thank you for your helpful advice! Last time I tried syncing a jailbroken iPhone with my PC, it ended up transferring virus's I am scared of connecting it up to the PC now... You mentioned I should back up the phone. When I do that and restore phone, do I jailbreak it then transfer the stuff back or do it before the jailbreak?

Yeah I've heard a lot of hoohaaa about the HTC's but have never seen nor used them! A lot of people have mentioned these to me and say it's by far the best phone. Which one is the newest one? They have quiet a few out now. What about the Google phone?

Hi all, Currently I have an iPhone 3GS 16GB and the contract is about to expire. I am looking for a new phone which I plan to purchase on Pay as you go and then get a 'sim only' contract. In the long run it works out cheaper purchasing an offline phone and paying a lower monthly line rental fee on a 'sim only' deal, additionally you tend to receive much better allowances on a 'sim only' deal also. The only disadvantage of this is the large investment towards a new phone prior to purchasing the contract. Whereas on a contract phone, the cost of the phone is spread out over the contract period. On a 'sim only' deal, you may cancel the contract with a 28 day written notification which is very convenient. Now down to the reason I started this thread: Which phone should I purchase? I am trying to avoid the iPhone as the battery life is rubbish and the phone is unbelievably slow! Any suggestions??

Surprisingly they look just like the genuine ones! May I ask how much you paid for yours if you don't mind? Where exactly were the fitment issues, were they major? Once you powered them into place, can you now tell there were fitment issues or are they proper flush just like the genuine units? With regards to the bolt hole caps, I'd be surprised if they're not provided with the units. Would you recommend these light clusters to others? Thanks for taking the time out to take photos and review them for us

California...it's unfortunate you bought a set thinking they were genuine then turned out non-genuine but it's good to hear you're still happy with them. It's also good to know somebody has a non-genuine set we can receive feedback on. What's the fitting like? It would also be great if you can get detailed photos of them to see how they compare to a genuine one. If they do turn out to be of a very high quality and almost identical to a genuine one, for the price it may be worth a punt? I look forward to your detailed response

As a seller, I would not mention that unless I'm confident my products meet those criteria. Especially as a high rated seller. Maybe I'm being gullible. What do you guys reckon? I say everyone contributes a pound towards a set and we can see for ourselves

I've never seen the genuine Nissan ones in real yet, so I have nothing to compare them too. It does mention on the listing that its an 'OEM quality and fitment product' though...

I wasn't looking for some, I just stumbled across it whilst searching on Ebay. The unit looks just like the genuine Nissan ones and the price includes all customs charges etc Apparently its plug and play also! The only risk would be the quality of the LED bulbs itself. Other than that I'm quiet impressed! Do you think there's some sort of catch? Anybody tried these? Anything would be better than the 03-06 ones right?

I think I have a rattling/vibrating cat heatshield which should be confirmed next week. If it is the cat, I'll have to decide whether to replace it with an OEM used cat or a HFC. I thought I'd see whether anyone here had a spare HFC lying around that I could take of them. I don't know if I can justify such a large investment for a pair of cats
