    Welcome to the Forum! Never heard of cracked wheels being a common fault but I'm no expert! Sounds terrifying though! Id be and if my lady had been driving! Not been caused by potholes in the road etc?! Hope you get it sorted! Silver lining is you now have the perfect excuse to get some tasty new rims!

    I love the car park at the top of "the rest"! We always see loads of cars and bikes sitting up there! We pass that way about two or three times a month going visiting Nic's family in Argyll! Awesome fun road that gets really twisty and narrow as you get further down the Mull! When you were heading back did you take the left via Faslane (The fun way! ) or the right down the side of loch lomond? (The boring way! )
