  1. i run on 20mm front and 25 rears and it makes such a huge difference to the look of the 350, even makes it look lower in my opinion which can only be a plus point in my book. i wanted fat and low when i bought mine and was very tempted to go for 30's on the rear and 25's on the front but settled on the above setup and i'm glad i did. Actually bought some springs at the same time to drop it but they've been gathering dust in my loft as i can't decide whether or not to fit those as it looks loads better as it is. nope, many people have done that same setup.
  2. cheers tarmac, back from my holiday to find a nice large berk box sat on my desk. thanks for that.
  3. i'm actually really mad ok maybe i'm not i just figured i'd try get a ruler or a bottle opener or something else out of you as well. cheers for the update, i'm away next week anyway so it'll be something nice to come back to. good times.
  4. nice, cheers for the update. looking forward to hearing these for the first time. apparently they're special.
  5. this is me interested mate 07+ been buggering about with this decision for long enough. for that reason.....i'm in.
  6. How the hell did i miss this one, if any one gets them and hates them just pm me cos i'll take them off your hands. that'll teach me to be a forum slacker.
  7. Cheers guys i'll PM tarmac and see how i get on.
  8. i've dont a bit of a search but does any one know of a uk supplier for Berk HFC'S and how much they're coming in at. cheers.
  9. yeh i'll give it a bash, google managed to fix my tv lastnight so lets see.
  10. Hey guys i was wondering if any of you have seen or heard of any lowering springs being a deep pink colour. i picked some up for a decent price and i was told they cost over £200.00 at the time of purchase. they're in good nick but no branding at all. its a pretty rare colour so just thought i'd see if anyone had any thoughts on who makes them. yeh i know, long shot. Cheers in advance.
  11. ahh you see i got my 350 instead of a girlfriend. turns out it costs less to run.
  12. i'll try it on route home and hopefully it'll work i guess i'll have to see if i can receive calls. no friends? ahh well pasengers only weigh you down.
  13. I actually though i'd give this a bash, forced the adaptor down towards the connection and it started to flash amber. paired but not connected is what i get now but its a step in the right direction.
  14. cheers guys, its been in the holder correctly but i've forced it down and held it and its started to flash, i've paired it with my phone its just not connected so i think i'm heading in the right direction. the words "paired but not connected" are words i've read on here before so i'll do a search on previous threads to find my answer to this next stage. Hayd.
  15. is there an issue with the adaptors fitting properly into the units? the red lights on so i'm asuming its in corectly? although i think i may have just asked another question
  16. I have some bluetooth issues please see thread link below. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=42725 Is there anyone in the harrogate area that would be willing to let me try connect to their bluetooth in car kit? i'd rather see if its a fault with my adaptor or my phone before i start throwing money at the problem. Thanks in advance. Hayd.
  17. Well played around with it a bit lastnight but victory is not mine. its a red light on the adaptor from start, no sign of amber or green and my phone wont even find it to connect to so i have no idea whats wrong with it. Cheers for your help though guys, its appreciated.
  18. not the most exciting problem isn't this i know. if i turn the ignition on it shows red on the adaptor, is it possible that its still looking for the previous owners phone? or is that a stupid thing to say. i take it you can't reset the adaptor or anything?
  19. i have lights, so the adaptor has power, i think i just may be doing things in the wrong order or something. Cheers
  20. i'll have to have a bit more of a mess about with it i think. tried the usual, search for devices, seems to pick up passers by rather than my car and i doubt they'll want to take my calls. i'll take the adaptor out and try it a few different ways round, even when i push the phone button on the steering wheel i get nothing in return so not sure if its faulty or weather i should give it to a 13 year old to sort out. Cheers for your thoughts though guys.
  21. I did do a search but couldn't find the info. Right i have the built in bluetooth and have the cradle in the centre complete with slot in adaptor. considering its an 08 i didn't expect there to be any issues with connecting my phone up, well any phone actually. I've been onto nissan website and they say its compatible with my i-phone, i couldn't pair it so got a sony ericsson x10 and this doesn't work either. the lights are on, green and occasionally red, but nothing happens. Is there a technique for pairing them that i dont know about? Once paired is the option there to play mp3's through the bluetooth setup? (long shot i know) i've seen a few for sale on ebay but i have a small trust issue with anything electrical on ebay. Any help or direction would be good. Cheers. Hayd.
  22. Ahh ok nice, i'll check him out thanks for that.
  23. cheers for your msgs guys, i'm sure i can rely on most of you for tips and tricks on upgrades and info in the future. oh and i'll keep my drifts on the track i understand that other people may want to drive to work with out some tool passing them side ways And if anyone can suggest a way of keeping a black 350 clean in this country that'd be great.
  24. Cheers darren-b, i'll get some pictures sorted this afternoon, saturdays washing day so i'll post some up on monday.
  25. I've posted on here a few times in the last couple of weeks and got a great response from you guys so thanks for that. Thought it was worth saying a quick hello. Got myself a black 08 gt, had it for about six months now and loved every minute of it, not quite mastered the art of roundabout drifting but i'm getting there. as far as forums go everyone on here seems great, no bitching or put downs wich is a nice refreshing change so its nice to be part of it. plus great to get the deals and advice avaliable. Thats pretty much it, so hello
