    I have a theory with online dating. Any women on here care to agree or disagree?

     

    Online dating:

     

    It is a place where women go, sign up, often write very crap (or non existent) profiles. They then expect to sit back and let the guys come to them.

     

    The problem with this is all girls on those sites get messages regardless of what they say or look like, this makes their ego's grow, so then they start to become very very picky. This even applies to shall we say the 'slightly larger variety', the sort that wouldn't get looked at twice in the real world. But because they get lots of messages from guys (obviously just after one thing, but they don't know that) they choose the best looking blah blah you get the rest.

     

    What this does is makes it 10 times harder for us genuine guys who have common interests etc to get a reply and maybe lead on to a date.

     

    Makes sense. Oh and on profiles they all want someone tall. Doesn't give much hope to us vertically challenged men.

    Got all my mates (male & female) to check it out. They gave me hints and all liked the finished result.

     

    My problem is that I'm not keen on Asian women and not many non Asian women like Asian guys. Most women appear to want someone Caucasian, black, Mediterranean or Latino.

     

    The trouble with most dating sites is there are a LOT more men than women and you have to stand out to get 'noticed' I found that being funny or witty was always a good start :thumbs:

     

    You can laugh a woman into bed, as long as she stops laughing once you are naked :blush:

     

    Oh they laugh harder once I'm naked!

     

    I don't see why it's such a big problem, but then again that's what they say once they've calmed down. "It's not big and they can't see it!" :'(

    Done it before for six months, nothing then either.

     

    I can't say you've ever come across to me as a total gimp which is a very good start.......chances are a bit like a cv your profile is probably @*!# not because of who you are but how you've written it.

    Live on a ridiculously tricky hill. So many accidents have happened on it just when its wet. People don't know how to drive and it can be dangerous in parts. Esp with rabbits, deer, pheasants and foxes running around all the time. So better to then not to. Also better performance when cold and wet. Which is what I'm all about!

    I have driven all through winter on my normal tyres for 3 years now :shrug:

     

    Just take it steady and if it is that bad don't go anywhere...

     

    I am not saying don't bother as I have never missed a days work through bad weather

     

    To me it was an easy decision. I got the extra wheels second hand very cheaply, with nearly new winter tyres already on. I live 500 feet up quite a steep hill which is not always gritted succesfully. It doubles the life of the summer tyres. It all made sense to me.

     

    Snap. And also thanx to you I got a spare set of alloys, at a great price, to mount these winter tyres on!

    Q: Do I have to use Super Unleaded Petrol?

     

    The brochure indicates the 350Z uses 98octane fuel, however in other countries this has been banned or phased out. Is this something that may be planned for the UK? Is it possible to use 95 octane?

     

    A: Yes, the brochure recommends using 98 octane and all the performance figures quoted are achieved using 98 octane. As far as we are aware, there are no plans to phase out 98 octane unleaded fuel in the UK. The 350Z will run without any problems on 95 octane unleaded. There will be some loss of performance as a result (about 15PS) but no long term effects on the engine.

     

    Wrong! It will mess up your engine! Just ask Mark @ Abbey! Or most members. Thread somewhere out there showing damage.
