  1. Bit :offtopic::ban: but I have lots of condensation somedays inside of my car. Somedays I have drips all over the plastic trim and on the windscreen. iv bought some silica bags but they havnt helped to be honest. Anyone got any ideas to improve this

  2. I bought a baxi 120 e i think and 6 rads 60m s of 15mm copper and 30m of 22mm copper for 1150 and me and 2 gas engineers fitted it in s day I paid them 750 so had my central heating fitted for £1900 which is under half the price of all quotes. Try mrcentralheating.co.uk for replacement and get a quote for replacement only

  3. I watched avatar on a 50" tv yesterday in 3D and I thought it was awesome but as people have already said the glasses cost him 80 each :scare: he told me that avatar was by far the best thing he's seen in 3D. Some sports were better than others golf he said was very impressive if ur into golf. Some of the football matches were good sone very poor. Personally I hope it takes off and all 3D is of the same quality

  4. so £335.75 for the uprev?

What are the typical gains? (did look on your website but it said to call for 350z typical gains and I'm 'working' at the moment)

Hi I'm not great at maths and apologys if im wrong but 395 + vat is 480 ish as vat is up to 20% in jan I think. 480 - 15% is around 408 still a great deal

Jimg your right it's a bad time to have a bday but on the bright side think of the money I'll save on presents over the next 20+ yrs.also at least lots of people are always willing to go out to celebrate ur bday and Xmas :yahoo: Another bonus is I'll have more money I'll be able to spend on the Z :yahoo:

Only problem is the bloody snow  it took me half hr to do 13 miles tonight and 10 mins to reverse out of the hospital car parking space I had to virtually dig the car out.

  7. I'm pretty sure that there are 1/2 " plenums made also, but you might have trouble fitting it under the strut brace possibly, so 10mm could be ok but your definitely better off waiting for someone who knows what there on about  not me

  8. Hi all

My rear speakers don't work and never have since owning the Z  . What I'd like to know is how easy are they to remove and test ? Is it just a case of removing the black rubbers around the outside of the speaker and unscrewing the speaker ,and testing the speaker by measuring the resistance of the coils ?? Iv tried the search and it came up with 24 pages of info :bang: I even found people talking of the rear speakers never being installed from new  .also checked the guides but no luck.

    any help much appreciated :teeth:

  9. Nix - Admiral will give you a multicar policy on the condition you will take the zed over to them when its current policy expires.

So they basically give you a quote for two cars and then when the zeds finished with Chris Knott you transfer it over to Admiral on a pro-rata cost basis.

I did this when I first insured the Zed - the Astra wasn't due for renewal for another six months but they just took it on when it was finished with my old insurer - but it was written in paperwork from the start that I had agreed to bring it over to them for the remainder of the year. So I got benefit of multi car policy - massively reduced cocts for both cars but only paid for six months cover for the Astra.

+1 I did the exact same and saved lots of money they were really good even reminded me it was time to change over second car.
