yeah i am just rely hopeing that a map wil sort this out is it common for zeds to lose power when moddified and not mapped ?

but considering most standard zeds get early 14s nad mine with all the mods is getting 15s , ive been told it is because mt ecu hasent been mapped after the mods , im bookd in on the rollers this sat then ill get it mapped

im just going by my quater mile results , but im as clearly losing power some where so hopefuly when i get this resolved it will be getting better times

i got mine off ebay mate ,i just made a template from cardboard marked out the cut out with a marker and i use a nibbler saw it didnt take long i think the hardest bit is making sure you get it lineing up with the light and the top of the bumper , it also made my induction kit a bit louder hear more of a whine now

yeah mate i had a yellow 106 gti that was running 170bhp and it would rip the ass of my zed any day so would evry other car ive had , 246bhp glanza , integra type R , s2000, 305bhp ibiza cupra , i can safley say at the moment the 350z is by far the slowest car i have ever owned , i am just hopeing that it is because its had mods done and not been mapped , fingers crossed after a map it should be running good

i know i couldnt believe it when i heard it was getting 15s my 106 gti got 14s back when i was 17 i real hate my zed the now

i was speaking to an older skyline gtr owner at that showcase meet and he recons that a map should sort it all out , heres hoping because i dont want a 350z thats slow lol

nice to meet you today jamie my best time was a 15.00 im taking it to a rolling road tomorow and then get it mapped and hopefuly sort stuff out coz as it stands just now a standard citroen saxo is faster so hopefuly if i get evrything sorted out i can go back and be getting the 13s and low 14s that a zed should get

i let the 350z's down today , my zed was running slow as a week in jail , was getting 15s before anyone says , it wasent my driving my reaction times were spot on and wasent missing gears i was getting beat off saxos this is the slowest car i have owned to date but i have heard that adding mods can cause a loss of power with out a map , so tomorow im going to take it to a rolling road then get it mapped and then hopefuly my zed will be quicker than a citroen saxo

i just had a check for you mate and a standard sized jap square plat dosent fit but if you shave a few mm of the top and bottom then sand paper or file the corners to get them rounded agen it would fit as it was only about 10mm tight , that was me trying it with my plate which is 330/180mm or unless you could get one that wasent as tall if you know what i mean

yeah mate showcase coatbridge , are you working on a sunday ? you should pop down i will probably be there with my mate with the mugen kitted lude that was at ek cruise , it would be good if we got a few zeds there insted ov it being just scoobys evos skylines
