What tyres did you go for? if you dont mind me asking how much were they? im looking at the toyos.......

yup they take the full doc apart from the yellow bit :-)

Im not sure how many miles have been done on them as i only got the car a month ago :-) The inner edges are bald, the rest of the tyres have fair tred left. It seemed to me like the tyres are original as they are cracked and look pretty old.... i suppose ill get the laser check done on monday and see what they say. But i should not need to buy an after market camber kit to correct this?

yup, everything is original... i even think the tyres are the same ones that came on the car from new, its an 04 car with 20k on the clock (its been in london its whole life i think!) So from the factory the way the camber is set would make it wear on the inside edge more? I will be putting new rubbers on it asap but should i get camber adjusters or something?

Hi, just had my car MOTd and all was fine apart from the inside of the front tyres has worn a lot lower than the rest of the tyre. They checked the tracking on a v old tracking machine and said it was showing up as normal.... does anyone have any ideas? i have booked it in for a check on monday at a place called blackboots who do alignment etc and will see what they say. They said over the phone that it might be camber needs adjusting but were not sure if you can adjust it on a 350z? Has anyone had this prob before?

Speaking of mk 1 golfs, this is my old one i put a 225 1.8t in. Then re-mapped with other bits and bobs and ended up with 286bhp!

cool, i got round to doing it today, after i got the thing off there was a little rubber washer and a metal one under that. I removed the metal one and put it all back together....... no more rattle!!

oh dear what have i started!!

How do you remove the gear knob!? It rattles a bit, as if it has a washer loose or something.... but i cant see how you remove it! Any ideas?

cool, what kind of price are the k2 and japspeed y pipe? what make is the K2? I dont realy have a budget, i dont want to spend loads but i have no idea how much it is going to be for this stuff? I was guessing about £200 for the y pipe and £300 for the back box? does that sound about right?

Hi, i have a popcharger on order-and before i get the car over to abbey for a remap i was thinking about getting an exhaust system. I think its called a y pipe for the mid section? and a back box. Would like something that looks stock and sounds a bit better but not too loud! but more importantly will help with more power when i get it to abbey. Is the y pipe and back box called a cat back system? Any help would be great!

Hi, is it true that the 350z in stock form does not use 100% of power in 1st and 2nd gears? But a remap changes this?

I have a 2004 350z on the normal wheels (not the rays) do these tyre sizes sound right? 225/45/18 245/45/18 ? Im looing at the toyo proxy t1rs .... good choice? Any help would be great!

ohh thats nasty :-( I went to one once in my old s3 and it scraped the laquer on the drivers door! I just about got the scrapes out with t cut etc but i was not happy- never ever again!

how popular is the orange colour? would you say it would be worth more than a silver car?
