Insurance is way over rated....get yourself a spoiler instead

Hi all, I purchased this spoiler a month or so ago but have since had a change of heart regarding my plans for the car so i am offering it for sale. I'm not looking to make any money, simply get back what I paid. The spoiler is £110 plus £10 postage, if your local pick up is from Basildon in Essex. It is such a downer not having a stereo, maybe if i must take a positive from this is that I could do this ipod hack that has been mentioned....does anyone have any links detailing what it is and how it is done??

That's the thing, it is an HR model and currently it has main dealer service history so when it comes time to move it on it would be helpful from a re-sale point of view to have kept the stamps up in the service book...as much as it pains me I think i'll end up getting the P1 done.

As mentioned in an earlier thread I've just put a new battery in my car....just went and got it MOT'd and noticed that a message on the stereo saying i need to enter a code, i went and had a look through my paperwork and couldn't find it anywhere, i popped into my local garage to see if they could check it for me on their system, it wouldn't show up on my private plate and I don't know the old one so got the VIN number and they found the car with that however they couldn't find a stereo code. The only option they gave me was getting the stereo taken out and get some numbers off the back of it which they can then use to find it....I'm guessing that's what i'm going to have to do but before I do does anyone have any other suggestions?? Morning, My car had it's P3 service in March last year, since then it has only done about 2 and a half thousand miles, technically I'm now due a P1 service, according to Nissan it is due for a service every 9k or every 12 months but having covered such a small amount of miles I wondered if I should just leave it....what do you think?? Mine's a UK car.....the car hasn't moved an inch in some time and the battery died a while back, i hooked the new one up and all appeared well then the alarm went bat s**t crazy, all is now fine so i'll be trying to get it booked for an MOT in the morning, get it insured and taxed and away i go.

£46!!! that's cheap, i got a bosch but paid £62 with a 4 year warranty.

Well, according to the hand book it goes off 8 times and then stops.....that was it really.

Turns out I am a tit....i read the book and have it sorted.....who'd have thought that would help.....

Hi, I have just put a new battery on my car and although it fires up just fine the alarm won't stop going off.....i'm sure it must be me not doing something silly but I'm buggered if I know what, can anyone offer any advice?? Thanks, Dean.
