Lovely looking car mate! Bumper looks awesome, definatly the one I want but really unsure how it will look with the rest just standard? might just order one tonight and get sideskirts at a later date is yours a genuine one or a copy?

I find the bose quite good sound quality to be honest mate, but i never really bothered with " I C E " so i guess it depends what your used to,

Well...... I got a 370 for the day when i took my 350 in to have the drop links done under warranty at marshalls in cambridge, was well surprised i didd'nt even ask as i thought it would be a straight NO! was a lovely car it was top spec so had the rev synchro with flappy paddle , felt alot more agressive than the 350 under acceleration and the traction controll lets a lot more slip when you push it, i find the 350 cuts in to quick. But i can honestly say i wasnt dissapointed to get back in the 350 and the 350 sounds much better in my opinion. obviously i took some pics So depending on the dealer you might be lucky if they think there is a possible sale in it for them they might bite . Guess i was just lucky as mine had to go back a while after and obviously i was hoping for a gtr this time but ended up with a note lol good luck though cant hurt to ask Dan

To be honest some of the worst driving iv seen is by elderly people, They seem oblivious to their surroundings i often have them pull out infront of me without looking only to hold me up on my way to work at stupidly slow speeds (oh look a sports car with no one behind it i must get out infront of it rather than wait 20 seconds for it to pass ) actually they seem quite intent on holding everyone up at 35 mph, on all roads! even 30mph limits, putting on the breaks every time something comes the other way, i find im much more likely to make a silly mistake when stuck behind someone slow than when driving fast, the mind switches off, or you get angry and try and overtake. iv been involved in 3 minor accidents (not my fault) and not one of them was because of speed they were all at about 30mph because people wernt paying attention, iv never lost controll of a car and all my cars apart from my 1st were rear wheel drive. I think the problem is when the older generations strated driving, the roads were much smaller, quieter, slower places i honestly feel on todays roads the elderly are terrified to drive on them and become a hazzard to other users. Raising the speed limits wouldnt do much good i doubt as the people using them dont get up to the limits in place the younger drivers should have better tests including motorway etiquette (get out the middle lane you morons ) and the elderly should be have compulsory tests when they reach 70, if they cant keep up they cant drive Im dan im 23 and im the best driver in the world

erm i havnt really worked it out till now, and was quite happy not knowing just the basic monthly payments £296 finance £200 petrol (varies) £120 insurance (im 23 with 1 ncb so quite high) Mines an 03 so pay the lower road tax which is a bonus I havnt had to pay for tyres yet, cross that bridge when i come to it, but i couldnt go back to anything less now.Iits what i work 10 hours a day for and it makes me happy lol bit sad maybe but i dont care!

a zed doesnt need to be a loud color to stand out from the boring norm, they stand out just because of what they are

well thats what nissan told me so im a bit confused.

i was quite happy with the bose, the sound quality i thought was realy good, well its gonna take 6 weeks to get one ordered in from japan so they said they were looking at a kenwood touchscreen one but they dont know if it will work, anyone know if aftermarket units work with the bose set up? as id like to keep it. Sounds like you had a better after sale service than im getting, they said something about trying to possibly get a touch screen one instead but that sounds like they're sweet talking me to keep me happy lol, i expected more from a main nissan dealer. Also they reckon that the creaking is sorted with some grease, but is that not just a temp fix? shouldnt they replace the drop links, my 3 month warranty runs out soon i dont want it to start creaking again in a few weeks then i have to pay for new drop links. i love the car to bits just little niggles and bad service from nissan letting it down.

ok so i need to take the thing out! surely they should have done that when i took it 60miles to have them check it the first time lol. What is the diff between a high or low bose then? any way of telling by looking at it?

Nissan are going to replace my head unit as all the buttons bar the load and eject have stoped working, but they say they dont know what unit to order, they say there not sure if its a high bose or a low bose :S i have no idea! can any one point me in the right direction as to what they mean? They are suposed to be sorting out my creaking rear suspension at the same time and this is holding it all up iv only had the car 3 months Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Dan.

I got stuck on saturday, i almost gave up hope of getting my car home i tried getting my mate sitting in the boot bouncing the rear end but no luck. So thinking back to the top gear polar special i just let out some air from the rears and it just made the difference i was able to get back up the hill. To Be honest the car seemed fine when moving, didnt feel like it was gonna snap round, its just if you stop on any sort of hill your stuck. My old bmw 316 compact was anightmare in this sort of weather it would spin all the time so the zed seems quite tame iv been driving it all week dont think the snow is quite as deep down here in essex though.

Bell for the win! Im 23 1years ncb and i paid just under 1100, from my experiance no other company will come near bells quotes for young drivers! Paying monthly does make it slightly more expensive though but still cheaper by miles, Companys like aviva wouldnt touch me untill im 25 on the zed! Oh and put a woman as a named driver, mum, sister or girlfriend makes it a good few hundred pound cheaper!

Hi i came over from mr2oc also, had a rev 3 na loved it to bits, got my 350 last month and its just awesome. After driving the mr2 all the torque from the zed feels so good lol, id def recomend making the change! the mr2s are a pretty car but do look old now. the zed is extremly pleasing on the eyes and the ears i cant stop looking at it

Hello people! Two weeks ago i got my first 350z and im loving every moment of driving it but one thing is bothering me, the clutch seems to have a very high bitting point, my foot has to come nearly all the way up before i start moving is this normal? i had imagined that it would be a very low bitting point on a car like this not right at the top? the car has only done 34k miles so im guessing it is still on its 1st clutch. roughly how long should they last? Appart from that slight issue im over the moon with it Thanks Dan.

Thanks for all the welcomes, i went to look at the car last sunday and put a deposit down after the test drive, im picking the car up this saturday im so excited!! plus the dealer said they would take me out in a gtr as a passenger so not a bad deal this week is going to very slow i feel lol cant wait to get in it again.

Hello people I found this site and thought id register as im hoping to become a new owner of a 350z, iv had my heart set on one for a while now and have finaly got some money together im hoping to find my new car. I have only have10k to spend however, so is it possible to get a good example for this sort of price (would ideally like a gt spec) or am i being a bit optimistic?
