hi andy its the whole part the whole plastic thing that sits along the door trim? i think its called the escutcheon?

the passenger side window switch and housing that sits behind the grab handle? i snapped the little bracket off that makes it sit flush.

yeah i clayed it, just like weird patches on bits of the car but u can only see it if ur looking side on, i mite have to get a professional to machine polish it

cheers alex, how much is it roughly for the drivers side heater vent? do u no alex if you can get full metal kickplates?

yeah i put it on last night after polishing put 2 coats on, it seems pretty good. noticed a few weird bits on my paintwork but cant describe it

ill nip up to autoparts 2moro and see if they sell it if not ill order off the internet.

Hi guys i was wondering do you use anything in particular to wash the black trim near the wing mirrors? and i have been looking on the net and cant find them i dont even no if you can get them but can you get pure metal kickplates for the Z? instead of the balck with the Z in? cheers any help appreciated

haha last time i put pics up i got crucified for a tiny dent on my bumper which i didnt even no i had yeah def arrange a meet up would be brilliant. am up for 4 weeks this time

After 4 months of being garaged for the winter i got upto scotland last night and took the z out today i forgot how good the engine sounds now to start the mammoth of all cleans.

i would say have a polite word with the guy or girl who's car it is. see how they respond to it. id let them no that you do actually care about your car. get so much of this crap, its gotta be jealousy and just lack of understanding on what car's mean to an enthusiast. sorry to hear about it. i reckon half of the people on the forum have the supermarket dilemma that i have i always try and park at the very end away from everyone

yeah i think i will have to, all these problems have just come on whilst it hasnt been used bar the shaking etc. it is a cursed car, the clutch and flywheel went, the cam belt snapped at 65k when ford say 100k and had to have a completely new engine in and all other sort of problems.

haha martin. i couldnt trade it in for a z coz of the problems. but i got a Z in september nehow , i just wanna fix this up and sell it. Yeah av posted a question on the ford forums but no luck as of yet. just thought id try the z forum as i have had alot of help on here before

hi guys am having a few problems with my car. firstly it only seems to start on one cylinder and takes absolutely ages until it finally fires on all four, this is only when it is cold? it then starts overheating?? and the last problem is the car is shaking like mad i recently had it balanced and changed the ball joint, i think perhaps the pinch bolt may av been vibrating that bad it has worn down the hole it sits in, does anyone have any ideas how i could fix this without buying a new front knuckle? Cheers any help will be much appreciated.

omg i didnt no this was possible..... i love the noise of a V8. epsecially the first video when it seems to be sort of struggling on tickover...... just like the shelby in gone in 60 seconds

yeah the Z's are definately amazing. i drove 300 miles this weekend and i only saw one Z another reason why i love owning one
