what annoys me is that it's clear they never test drove your car once they had carried out the work. Very poor service.

many cars air cons need to be re-gassed once in a while. It partly depends on how you use it to when it needs doing.

do a search on here and you'll find plenty of info on clicky rear axle -
they go on ebay for around £50 - £75 new. From Nissan, alot more, around £120 I think. If you pm Digsy, he knows someone who may have a spare one
