sometimes with these spyware bar stewards and trojans, the only sure way to get rid of them is re install windows. I've used lavasofts ad-ware myself which does identify the vermin but fail to remove them properly and only to find they re-appear after re booting.

air con probably smells becuase it wasn't used for a while. Get the comma air con cleaner and it will quickly sort it out available from halfords

from the little I remember you pay about 4k for the phone with its concierge service. They sell them in the trafford centre in a Jewellers so should give you an idea on price
