Tell your mate to contact the officers as they should be updating him as the case progresses And if you have worries tell them they will give you all the support you should need !! Your mate should have been explained all the special measures we can put in place to help get his evidence... like screens in court so they cant see your identity, voice masking , giving evidence from a court in another district....the list goes on Also your mate can be ordered to court if they feel they need his evidence !!!! ( even after he has retracted )

TBH as a police officer all i can say is CPS dont run alot of things even when there so clear to everyone !!!! I dont understand they got refused bail on thursday ? ? ? Have they gone straight back to prison ? ? ? If so they would be out with some sort of conditions or out on license Its very hard to run if its one word against the other but im sure the officers in the case will run bad character So no one will no the outcome till the officers get in touch with CPS ( Crown Prosecution Service )

well in the end i had to have my tooth extracted followed by a few weeks of pain as the extraction didnt go to plan I had to have my gums sliced open both sides and pinned back, Then cut a 5mm scare out my jaw so they could drill the tooth out !!!!!!! Because i had bit so hard on the peice of bone in the burger ( I was really hungry lol ) the tooth had pushed into its socket and the bone had fused together !!!!! 3 Hours it took the dentist to get the tooth out and the last hour the feeling had come back and i couldnt have no more injections to numb it !!! I was in some pain .. After speaking with McDonalds and they basically telling me they take it very seriously what im saying and basically to watch it cause im telling fibs !!!!! So i went to a no win no claim i know its bad but all i wanted from maccies was my dental bill sorted . Not to be called a liar And last week i got a letter stating that maccies have accepted liability for the damage But still wont tell me what animal bone it was ....OOOPS So i gotta go see the specialist in the next two weeks to state whats happened and how its affected me before i get a offer from them !! What you think they will offer me ? ? ?

whilst adhering to the speed limit on the M6 last week a massive brick hit the windscreen causing a chip about 5 pence in size and like a bubble inside the glass.. I waited till today for them to fit me in and the chap was sound really nice bloke and done the best job he could !! From looking at it from outside the car you cant see it but when you get in the car the inside glass has still got a starburst affect in it !! Even though they have repaired it can i still phone up and get it replaced with my excess ? Im with AXA ? ? Heres a few pics never got a before DOH !!!!1
