  1. Cant see why not mate,at the most the wiring blocks might be different to yours,i put uk lights on my jdm,all i did was swap the plugs over & leave off the 2 extra wires i didnt have for auto levellers
  2. Im not voting cause im torn between lambo & aston.totally different i suppose but i love them both. I think it was the Lambo LP640-sv4 was it that hammond drove on a twisty desert road a while back,i was like wwwooooooowwwww
  3. Its always scary aint it,especially when youve not long had the car & dont know how much you can push the paint etc.Im going to get one of the blokes i work with to do mine when its got nicer and the weather gives you chance to spend a while on it.I need to polish mine but last time i tried to use the red mist on it it just wouldnt dry,too damp out there
  4. Christ thats a massive difference mate, well done to you both
  5. i cant remember which rf amp it was i was after, sure it was around the £300 mark & gave enough juice to bridge 2 channels for the sub & run some comps fine.tried it in the glove box & it goes it there with room for a distribution block if needed and probably a cap too. The good point about the box for the zed is i got them to leave a cut out for me to do incase i found a 12 instead of a 10 thatd work well & give decent power. I doubt ill do anythin about it at all possibly this year as ive got a holiday to dominican to pay & save for
  6. It uses quite a bit, possibly 1.5c/ft or something, cant remember now but the box its in is pretty much bob on for it.Between that,my audiobahn amp,a cap & a smaller jbl 4 channel it litterally filled the fto boot.like this infact
  7. yeah i keep lookin at the Zenclosure stuff but ideally id rather have everythin out the way. i did consider usin the front bit between the seats & the strut for a box & having the sub between the two seats & the amp tucked away in the wheel recess providing itd fit but even with tints the subs on clear view from the front
  8. exactly what i thought mate,i was close to going into the overdraft for it
  9. those ones i linked were 117 with 6 mins left,if theyre what just went for 132 then thats a big saving over zmans
  10. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350z-Rear- ... 255857a334 Id have these but i havent got the cash
  11. Im sure there will be someone close to you thatl help you out then dude
  12. Could you not smoke yours?thats all thats been done with mine
  13. Thats easier said than done though, even though i paid alot for the stuff ive got ill not get anywhere near enough to get what i want, then a few hundred in sound deadenin to stop it rattling to bits.lol. Its always the same aint it,people want what youve got then follow it up with 'but i havent got any more yet' why ask then The £100 is just for the DC to DC unit i think its called, the silver box that a plug from the h.u goes in.Everythin else ive got,god knows where its got to when i took it out the fto with everything else
  14. Theres a pair 2nd hand on ebay endin in a few hours mate
  15. My thoughts exactly sunset, but at the same time i refuse to pay £100 for it aswell, you can bet that itl turn up if i bought another.Ill have a look on ebay now but last time i looked theres one person in america that does it Edit: just had a look, theres not even any anywhere else on ebay either
  16. I changed my jdms to uk lights as mine were shafted.Only thing needed was to cut the wiring blocks off & swap them with mine just leaving the 2 auto leveller wires off
  17. Yoko ive got a box made up to fit in the standard space that ive had for ages.lol.When i worked it out it was going to cost me £500 on a deal with my local audio shop to get the rockford shallow sub i wanted & a rockford amp to power that & componants up front.Add to that £150 for the comps, around £100 for new wiring again as i dont want to use what ive got already. The part thats gone missing from my headunit is the dc convertor so basically the h.u is useless, thats £100 from Alpine then as loads of people have said theres a silly amount of £ on sound deadening too. The amp that i was running the 12" Kicker L7 ive got is the Audiobahn A2200hct,its the size of a pillow on your bed, thats only half the problem though the box for the L7 is the size of a double 12" box so it wont go in the zed anywhere
  18. The colour looks really nice there though but yeah the rest is poo
  19. I know.lol.I knew someone would say dont bother my reasoning is that my sub bos is waaayyyy too big to fit in the zed,as is my amp, then add to that the fact ive lost a very important part of my alpine d310rb so doing anythin likethat is not going to happen now.lol. Saying that i do miss 'some sort' of bass, hence why i considered if i can get a bose cheap enough & the sub itl 'have' to do
  20. Thought so,i like them in carbon, someone on here has the rears on their sunset zed

    JDM battery

Yeah id of thought so matey, the battery is bound to fit another nissan surely.Or another car for that matter. The standard FTO battery on my first one was the one for a micra from halfrauds
  22. Had a thought the other day, would there be anything stopping anyone putting a bose & the bose sub into a zed without the bose stuff in the first place? Would it it plug straight in & the sub wire in easy enough or would it need an amp etc?

    JDM battery

I used to have a Stinger Sp1000 on my FTO so it would run all my ice too,it was pretty costly at £300 though, then i had to get terminals & cut of the cars original ones.ended up spending an extra £60+ on some platinum autoleads terminals with a digital display on the +tive terminal
  24. Im not totally sure but they look like the add ons that veilside do
  25. Good to see its done dave, just hope you sort the problem out Have you taken it out with the new bonnet yet? bet it gets some looks if you have
