Nov 05 UK GT 1 PREVIOUS OWNER TO HIM (NISSAN DEMO) RECKONS ITS IN AS NEW CONDITION WITH ONLY SLIGHT KERBING TO FRONT WHEELS. LESS THAN 10,000 MILES. BLACK WITH ALZEAN INTERIOR. HAD 2 SERVICES AND IS DUE 1 NEXT MONTH. HE WANTS £14500 FOR IT.

Lots of questions to ask the present owner,but how can he prove to me that there is no outstanding finance on his car? Is this part of an HPI check. If so what does it cost for one of these tests and how do you go about it? Thanks for any help with this.

Lexx, it is at Stratstone jaguar Stockton.Think wheel has been painted as on closer inspection rim is dented.It has also by the looks of it had a rear valance knock.Its 1st reg 8-9-06, silver GT.36000miles, and they are asking £17,500 for it which i think is a bit steep? Thanks for comments.

Yes apparently its a good starting check to see if it has been crashed, as any replaced panels will not have them on.

Have been told that if i am to buy a uk car all bodywork panels should have a barcode sticker on them? Have spotted the ones on the wings when bonnet lifted, but where are all the others? Thanks for all forthcoming replies.
