OMG 3rd attempt at putting this post on! Bloody stupid work browsers! You would think so wouldn't you however the question states 'Does the driver have any claims or accidents regardless of fault within the last 3 years'. Common sense would suggest that a 'not at fault' claim would not affect your premium. As an example I've got a dud 'test' quote on Admiral Multicar so I can check out how much a new car will cost me. For the lancer and an import Zed it was £1002. Just added in a 'not at fault' and 'NCB not lost' claim and it jumps up to £1099. Thats F**king ridiculous!!!! Another reason to hate insurance (rip off) companies!! I wonder if it says anywhere in the small print, 'if anyone touches your car, we'll rip you off a little bit more than before even though it wasn't your fault!'?

Well obviously the dental bill paid but you need all your travel to and from the dentist, any sick days off work, compensation for all the pain you were in and a nice little credit card sized bit of plastic with your name on saying "free McD's for life"!! if they want to keep your custom that is!? I know thats probably the last thing you want but it would come in very handy for your mates after a night out!

Surly a claim is when you're the one who caused damage. You have caused no damage so you're not claiming for anything! Someone please tell me I'm right because if I'm wrong then what the hell is the point of insurance if you have to pay if someone hits you!?

If someone hits you from behind, they are either too close or not paying attention so there is no doubt that it was that utter bell ends fault! Your insurance shouldn't be affected mate! Good luck!

Ahhhh no see, I had a go at the jailbrake with my 3G. I never wanted to jailbrake my iPhone4 and I'm very happy with it. The problems i had were self inflicted and now they are gone! They were pretty good at the apple shop though......

Well i managed to wipe 3 months worth of data from my iPhone 4 on Sunday! Pictures, Videos, contacts, texts, calendars etc!! I took my iPhone to apple today along with my macbook to see what had happened. It turned out that when i jailbroke my 3G a month before i upgraded to the 4, I installed some software that caused my iTunes to lose the ability to backup my iphone!!! So when i updated my phone on sunday, it crashed and took me half a day to get it working again and in the process, backing up from the last known date.....June!!! I haven't jail broken my 4 and have no intentions to but Christ almighty, when the guys saw the blackra1n software on my mac, you could swear that i had just kicked their pet kitten in the face! I felt like a naughty school boy that was being told off and i left the apple shop with my tail between my legs!! They were clearly looking at me thinking "yeah, you tried to jailbrake your iphone 4 and this is what happened!" The guy even said to me "I've put this down in the report as a back up issue"! I felt like a right tit! All sorted now tho! Wont be doing that again!

Why is tesco 99 Ron any different to any other 99 Ron? apart from being slightly cheaper Surly there's not a separate oil well somewhere in the ocean that pumps out worse quality oil that only Tesco uses?
