Hi mate, I get my servicing kits from Opie oils. I had that screeching as well, I got the belts changed and so on but it turned out to be my exhaust blowing just behind the flexible bit.

I've gave up, I cant find it anywhere for less than a grand delivered . Might just get an amuse bumper and accent it with carbon

I'd be interested as well if the company can do the carbon diffuser

RHDJapan and Z1 are all about the same money, RHD is a bit cheaper but I assume I will need to pay import tax on top of it. Looks like I will just need to do a bit of overtime if I really want it

Nice one, I've done basically the same. I got some M8 threaded rod that I will just cut down to size got some stainless washers and nuts to bling up the engine bay at the same time

yeah sorry I meant I can screw it in and lock the threads with araldite, but I know what you mean. Im a bit nervous about it, might have you get some bonnet pins to ease my mind

That is the cheapest option I have come across so far

Hi guys, I recently bought a carbon bonnet from a member on here. I noticed the other day that there is threaded holes in the carbon bonnet but in the original it is studs welded to it that go through a bracket and with a nut to secure it. Im just wondering if this is normal and where the best place to get the right size of stud for the carbon bonnet? Really im just looking for information on how you guys have fitted your bonnets? I got an SV650S after I passed my test last year, its only a 650 but it will put just about every car to shame. You can pick them up really cheap, it weighs next to nothing and if you bin it the parts are fairly cheap. I had looked at a GSXR600 but I could only touch the ground with my tip toes and it really put me off buying as a first bike, so I got the SV as a stepping stone. I love it, but you still need the Zed when its raining
