Not sure where you stand legally but you have agreed a price and done the deal. If they have forgotten to add on any extras then that's their fault and should take the hit for it.
What if they were to turn round and say ... oh by the way we forgot this and this and this and all of a sudden you are facing an extra few thousand pounds on top of what was agreed ?!.
I'd tell them to poke it or , as Chris says , compensate you some other way by giving servicing or something else useful for the equivalent additional amount.

We're screwed , there are only 8 of them !!

Nice one Stew , definitely up for this.
1. Stew - DC SportsTD exhaust, Injen CAI, Kinetix V+..... probably have a flutter on a few more mods if I'm doing an UpRev
2. Kenny (tt350z) - Power Enterprise TT running Haltech Platinum
3. Dblock - Japspeed k2, Japspeed Y pipe, (hopefully) Dc Exhaust manifold, K&N Typhoon, (hopefully) Plenum spacer (02 JDM auto)
4. srobrien - 2005 UK GT, Pipercross Induction, Pure 5/8" Plenum spacer, K1, (maybe japspeed y-pipe) TOTALLY UP FOR THIS.
5. JT1703 ( John ) - '05 GT , Powerflow Custom Dual Exhaust ( Cats back ) , JWT Popcharger. Would definitely get Plenum Spacer etc etc as recommended by Abbey as well.
Not sure where Abbey are planning on coming to or what they require with regards to facilities but if need be my old man has a HUGE garage / workshop with a 4 poster ramp that can easily accommodate a few Zeds ( currently has his 6 cars and my Capri stored there ). We already have 4 local cars interested. Just an option if they need it

PM received and replied to
I'd be interested to know if you can recommend anywhere north of the border Alex

And what exactly were you searching for on Ebay to stumble across these ?!?
-
cheers for the offer Jamie but I'll pass !
That's me booked in with Evans Halshaw to test drive a 370 after work on Wednesday ... they only have a Roadster which I don't want.... well not at the moment anyway but I haven't driven it yet !!
-
John you need your head checked
-
This one has even had the nasty decals removed - wasn't that what you wanted Mr Clark?
I quite like the 370Z decals on the yellow one
-
Glad to see that Alex sorted you out Craigie baby!
Stick a post in the Intro & Welcome section "Craigie baby" so we can say hello

I cant remember who i spoke to but defo said HE sold it this morning to a guy in devon Are you going to trade you 350 in mate or are you keeping it?
He's either lying or the 2 guys I spoke to are
If I buy a 370 I'll probably sell the 350 . Patricia is talking about us buying an RS4 early next year so I can't really justify having a 350 + 370 and an RS4 ( as well as the Fiesta and Capri )
John I do the same job as you do......... How do you do it ....... lol ........ or maybe my mrs has just tightend the belt on me more...
Do you not have about 16 kids though Jamie ??. Sell a few on Ebay and get yourself a 370

It is a repost that not many people will flame you for . Love the Zele car

Happy Birthday Nixy , have a good one

You either drive a 1.2 diesel and use your car purely for transport or you suck it up and pay whatever it costs at that moment in time and drive the **** out of your 3.5 litre, completely unnecessary car. My 350z is my entertainment, it's my luxury and I pay the price for that.
And that my friends is the truth right there!
Yup , have to agree with Mr Glue

Matt ( I'm sure there's a pun there somewhere !! )
Look forward to seeing your car at Wales

ATTENTION JOHN lol
Just spoke to evans halshaw up your way the guy is getting in a softop by the end of next week as a demo and that will be up for sale soon. Just incase your interested and wanted to feel the wind go through you hair on a cold aberdonian morining
On another note they just sold that yellow demo TODAY to a guy in devon.... well gutted I would have snapped their hand off for that price
Yeah I have been speaking to them over the last few days and they are going to call me at the start of next week once they know for definite when the car will be in and ready for the road. They are expecting a Black Edition in very soon as well.
They better not have just sold it today !?!?!. They told me that the car had been sold last week and was just awaiting collection !?!?. ( that was confirmed by both Paul & Warren )
I would have definitely had it as well at that price .... £26,900 with less than 1000 miles on the clock

Oh and don't try and film or take pics inside the Sistine Chapel or you will face the wrath of the very camp looking Swiss Guards ... and they are not very discreet when they point at you and shout ( loud whisper but sounds like a shout when there is deathly silence all around ! ) .... trust me I know
lol cheers for that mate, what is the rules regarding cameras and camcorders over there do i need a permit?
No restrictions at all as far as I'm aware.
Inside St Peter's ( Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums ) are probably where the only flash restrictions are.
As Nixy says just make sure that your missus isn't wandering about in a thong bikini or else she wont get into any of the churches , basilicas and St Peters
We had heard before we went that they were even strict on open toe sandals but that wasn't the case.
My girlfriend kept a light cardigan in her bag which she put on over her shoulders when we were going anywhere with restrictions.
Also womens skirts should be below the knee ( I did see a couple of women being refused entry into St Peter's becuse they were wearing loose skirts which sat on / above their knees ).
No chance of that bud am single
... well make sure you don't wear your mankini then !

cheers guys for info will do some looking up now Anywhere you guys would recommend seeing first as never been
Rome is a fantastic City and there is so much to see.
I would definitely recommend all the major attractions ( some of the spelling might be dodgy ! ) :
Colosseum
Roman Forum
Pantheon
Spanish Steps
Trevi Fountain
Vatican City / Sistine Chapel / Vatican Museums
St Peter's Basilica ( you can walk to the top of the Basilica and onto the roof of the dome overloooking St Peter's Square and get awesome views of the City )
Castel Sant Angelo ( old fort protecting Vatican City )
Basilica di San Giovanni
There are some really nice squares with cafe's / restaurants with outside seating in the various squares ( Piazza del Popolo , Piazza Navonna , Piazza della Republica )
There are also numerous other incredibly decorative churches that you will stumble upon if you're wandering about which are worth having a squint at.
We jumped on a train and went south to Pompei for the day which was also incredible to see.
I'm sure you'll have a great time ... awesome City
