  3. No No. Just nick picking, car was behaving like that when i got it. Only the exhaust was damaged, Thank God.
  4. Yeah just fitted the exhaust today, Would have done it sooner but just back home from work yesterday. Was gone to sent you a PM to say how good the new system was. Great note from the back. Took it for a run straight away and am not entirly happy with the front suspension. Think the Shocks are well on there way out. Did have a look at your site, but might have to wait to next pay check before i can treat myself. Really happy with the new exhaust. Told myself when i got the car that i would keep it standard, but think i might be getting this modding bug thats going around.
  5. Hi Folks. So here is the story need, a new suspension kit for the car consisting of Anti-Roll Bar Links, Shocks,Springs and Drop links. Think i will have to buy the drop links seperate though. Lookin for ideas, wanting a decent set, Aftermarket performance is O.K. but don't want a ride so stiff i break my back. Any ideas of where to look, or tested and approved sets by you guys n gals would be great. Don't fancy taking on this job either so will send it to a mechanics, any idea how long it will take to fit. i.e. labour costs. Cheers
  6. Yeah, I was off-shore. Told them not to use it!!!! Think i'll have to start taking the Keys with me.

  8. Oh would have come but doing an extra week on rig so wont make it Sorry
  9. Conoco Phillips Fly with Bond, they just changed a few months ago. Probably see out contract and then renew with either CHC or Bristows
  10. BP has just withdrawn the contract for choppers from Bond and are now flying with CHC Scotia. Cant see Bond lasting much longer in Aberdeen.
  11. Its a very sad day in the North Sea. Really hits home the dangers we face. Off-shore right now and some of the guys here know some of the guys that was in the chopper. My thoughts are with the families and friends of everyone that was onboard. Think the PLB's will have to come back.
  12. I want one, Orange with the Orange seats/gear/handbrake ect... like the 350z
  13. I always see 350zs here. Must be where everyone shops in Aberdeen.
  14. picked up the seats. Not heated, guy had no idea what he was on about. Traced the cables infront of him and one set of cables was for the airbags and the other for the seatbelt sensor. They were not as bright as in the photo or as clean, spent the most of the day just cleaning the muck of the leather. But now that i've done that they look alright. Might not change the colour. now going to build a frame for the playstaion wheel.
  15. When on my travels yesterday spotted two, Sunset near Scottish-English border and a silver one not far from Boston. didnt catch plates as was going in opposite direction at 70 & 60,

    ABERDEEN MEET PICS

Was really good day out. Amazing watching people strech there necks as far as the could, when they saw the 4 350z, can't imagine what folk will think when they see a lot more on the Jockland hoon.
  17. Aright everyone? That was agood run today trying to upload the photos but being told that its to big. Whats that website that you put your photos on so folk can see them. Can't wait to see Herbie's photos. They will look brill
  18. If you don't want to go for the weather I understand. I'm still going, so all are welcome to come along. The weather said "RUNS A covering of snow has connected up the existing snow patches but the snow depth is thin" Plus the road is still open and is kept clear all year round for the ski resorts. Defo check again in the mornng to see if you want to go or not, personally i love the wet conditions on the Zed. For those who are comming 11am Bucksburn Mcdonalds car park and those meeting in Inverurie meet at the Kintore arms on High Street Close, B9001, at 1130am[/u]
  19. Aye i'm thinking the same, i've got a wedding kicking off at 6pm, might be an idea to skip the BLairgowrie leg and take the easy route back to Abz from Glenshee. Yeah thats no prob. you can still travel down to blairgowire and along the dualer back to Aberdeen., if in a real rush. Just flew by the gramps today in the chopper and they look ok weather wise.
  20. yeah i do see what you mean, wonder if its just the heated part then. Read the description again and looks like that might be what it is. No mention of the seats themselves being electric.
  21. I thought that they were manual too, but i asked the guy and he told me they are electric, I wont be very impressed if they are not since i'm driving nearly 500 miles there and again back. I'll keep you updated to say if there electric or not. Think when i arrive i should offer him less if there not electric like advertised, or is £50 still a great price for the seats?
  22. I've not done it myself, but my Dad use to do stuff like this all the time, so he will be helping me do it. More concerened about the wiring for the seats as i wasnt the heated and electric motors to work, Bit over kill for Playstation but should be good. Just trying to find a cheap transformer/inverter that goes 240v a.c. - 12v d.c.
