  1. Oof that hurts! As Stew says i'm a dumbass offshore oil/gas operator. I sit around and drink tea all day until Stews equipment breaks down with no apparent reason or fore-warning. Then I have to go outside in the cold for hours until it starts working again. R Both working fine just now! You can get the CRO to send me some well tests though if you want an excuse to stay warm inside! I would mate but im off for a week as i've done my back in on the ice. I'm away next week but only for half a trip. R

  4. Hey Dany, no probs. What head unit did you install? Im away to attempt to put my pioneer AVIC-F900BT in tomorrow. Did you find the install easy enough? R
  5. Hi Danny i think these are the wires for the steering wheel controls, you splice them into the control loom. You should have a wire colour guide from your ICT packet. R
  6. Cheers Rob, just the answer I needed, now just need to brave the cold and go fit it. R
  7. Right fellas, I have had time to try and get my head round this install, and have taken some pictures as im not sure on something As you can see the ICT 29-672 adapter has RCA converters attached to it. They correspond to the Front and Rear audio connectors on the back of the bose head unit. I understand that the bose setup has a subwoofer, is this correct? There is a pre-amp connection from the back of the pioneer but there doesn't seem to be any subwoofer connections from cars wiring loom....whats going on? Cheers R
  8. Just got my HU delivered....gulp! R
  9. Hey whitey, so far im not entirley sure. Im still waiting for me HU to arrive. I have bought the ICT 29-672 cable with the pioneer adapter which arrived today, it has a standard iso connection on the back so hopefully minimum splicing will be required. I've looked around on a few sites but cannot seem to find a definate answer. sure i'll find out when the pioneer arrives. R
