I watched both this morning before work,talk about focusing the mind. I wouldnt be too afraid of the paint chap,its more the products you use for the correction. The whole theing about using a DA or a more aggressive Rotary,is that you start off with the least cutting compound,and see how you get on. Aslong as you are careful,you should be fine. If you were to apply say SRP,then you will have no worries what so ever with breakthrough. Its when you go down to say Fast cut,etc,that you have to be careful.Id never use that not Nissan paint! Iv got no experience of machine polishing,as im looking at getting one very soon,but iv done lots of background reading and research,and taken note of what people do,and the technique and compounds.

I know SpursMadDave got his crystal indicator lenses from this guy and was happy with the purchase. A set of rear light clusters are different though.

I agree,hes just not been the same since Germany last year,he seems to have just lost all of his competitiveness,he now gets in the car and drives it,no conviction or will to win. Like you said,in 08 i think,he came within 1 corner of winning the championship,and now hes a nobody really. Such a shame. yeah. i think everytime alonso comes up behind him he gets an image of an italian mobster beating his family to death and moves over. he seems to have that why bother attitude. that said he did defend well against button at the start of the race.
