I love the styling and performance of the Exige S. I was planning to get me one, after my late Boxster S was written off, but I was put off by the interior and practicality, or lack of, when I test drove one. So I decided to go with the Zed and mod the crap out of it! Haven't regret it so far, in fact I'm ecstatic about my black japanese! You have a great looking car, Kev!

So, Im fitting my new wheels when I get them (later this week I reckon), but I'll probably need spacers to get the to fill the archs for a more aggressive stance. My new wheels are 8.5x19f and 9.5x19r, both ET30. I'm planning to drop the car 25-30mm (installing my new KW v3 tomorrow). How big can I go on the spacers to get the wheels as far out as I can, without having the tyres rubbing on my fenders at heavy cornering? I can't for the life of me figure it out by doing the math before putting on the new wheels. Can anyone help? Cheers Alex

Chris is right. I have no experience in using spacers on a Zed, because I'm still waiting for my new wheels to arrive and then decide how big ones I want, but from my previous experience on a Boxster using 12/20mm spacers, they made handling even sharper, if anything. And you get the bonus of a more aggressive stance to boot. Win-win!

Hi Gaz. I consider myself a very 'easy' customer, and in fact I will always give a benefit of doubt to anyone I trade with. In your case, I believe you're honest and people here seem to think you guys at Envy are genuine and professional at how you handle things, and that maybe it was bad communication (I'm Greek, remember) or just bad luck. I just like it when I get replied to, whatever the answer may be. You could just reply to me saying 'hey, I got your email, waiting for an anwer atm" etc. At least I know it didn't fall into your 'spam' folder by mistake. I got in contact with the user CS on this forum. Asked a quote on some parts, then he told me he'd let me know when he had the missing information I needed. I've got so many PM's and emails from him in the meantime, that I can't but appreciate the time he's taking to offer me a good service. So, he'll get top marks from me if someone asks me about him, even if I don't end up buying from him in the end. Anyways, I appreciate your reply Gaz, even if it came out of context, and I'll be waiting for an update. If you need me to resend the last email about the bumper and stuff, let me know. And Martin and the rest of the people who've helped, big thanks to you guys!

Sure, I'd love you to mediate in this. I still haven't received a reply from Envy after all this time, neither for my first request for wheels/exhaust, nor for this one regarding the Chargespeed bumper. And 3FIDDYZ, I've followed your posts for a while and respect your opinion a lot, but don't you think I've given them enough chance to come back to me? Story so far: Sent email No1 about some wheels/exhaust - no reply Sent email No2 asking for verification they got the first one - no reply I rang them, explaining I havent received a reply and i told them what I needed - promised to call me back, never did Sent email No3, 3 weeks later, about this bumper - a week later still no reply. What would you think if you were me?

Mark, The OP is from Greece, not the U.K. but I see no reason why they would not ship there. Not sure how the duty works there tho. The importer would be well advised not to request for a write down on the commercial invoice value for these type of goods as that would invalidate any potential insurance claim for damage etc. Hope that you are enjoying your LEDs Xendric The LEDs have been on the car for a week now, they look fantastic!! BTW, SRB won't sell directly to me, because they have a dealer in Greece and they don't want to break any contract rules etc. But the Greek dealer a) won't have a kit available till March-April, is asking ridiculous money for it. Gotta find a way around this, either buy through a third party in the UK, or import from the States, or maybe find a used one. Hmmm...

I tried SRB, but they told me I need to speak with the Greek dealer, who in turn told me he won't be getting a new shipment from Chargespeed until March at the soonest. And SRB can't do anything about it, so...

Ok... ESR - I spoke to Phil before he got sick and he told me he could get it for me. Now Fletch says it's not possible... Envy - I got to say I'm starting to get annoyed by them. I communicated with them 3 weeks ago about some wheels. Two mails and two phonecalls later, and I still haven't got word from them. Sent them a third email yesterday for the bumper, guess what, no reply still.... Z1 - I'd prefer a european-based store, because I really don't have a clue how much I'd have to pay in custom dues to get anything into Greece. Keep them coming folks, me needs a bumper!!!

Great idea, Im gonna have to figure out a way to break my exhaust! LEDs look awesome, but if you don't wanna give up 250ish, you can get a regular one for far less. I upgraded recently, so I have a set lying. PM if you need?

About the one-door/two-doors thingy... I have my car (a 35th year anni) for 2 or 3 weeks now. I'm pretty sure when I got it, I had to press it twice to unlock both doors, which immediately reminded me of my old Grand Cherokee. Now, a few days later I downloaded the US owner's manual and it mentioned that if you press both lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, it will make it so your alarm gives a blip when you lock/unlock. I tried it, but nothing changed. However, at the moment, my car only takes one press of the unlock button on the keyfob to unlock both doors. I don't know if what I did changed anything, because I only noticed it a couple of days ago, but it's worth trying I guess

Title says it all. When I arm the alarm system using the key fob, I get a signal from my warning lights but no sound. My car is german, so it came with a german owner's manual and I can't understand a word. I downloaded the US manual and it says that if you hold both the lock/unlock buttons for a while, it will change it so that you will also get a horn signal when you arm/disarm. But it's not the case in Euro cars I suppose, because it doesn't work on my car. Can you toggle this? Also where can i download the Euro spec owner's manual? Cheers Alex

I got myself a set from Alex too. They came in time, in great packaging and they only took me 10-15 mins to fit. The styling of the newer lights is amazing and the price is worth it. Great doing business with this seller!

I found this on a sale ad. It's 90 degrees tilted clockwise unfortunately, but the covers are easy to see. Anyone knows where I can find these? I've been looking for some way to make the shape of the headlights rounder. So far I've come up with two solutions: a) headlight covers. But I don;t think I'll like a bulky type, so I was looking for vinyl covers. Couldn't find anything good so far. Whatever I've found is bulky plastic/CF or hideous vinyl. painting the inside in the color of the car (black), a la Dream Customz. But I'm not sure it's a DIY for me, I've no idea how to remove the glass to access the inside Anyone's got a good looking cover on their car or maybe spotted something that looked cool? Cheers
