  1. LOL nah, it was like this when it was first fitted. Pipework is all brand new. Was expecting it just to be worn rubbers but unfortunately it's not as that made no difference at all.
  2. Like your avatar Thanks! It took me bloody ages! Z Boy what wheels are you running, and what size ? 19" Buddyclub P1 Racing II's.
  3. Thing is my old Nismo was 100% spot on, perfect gap around all sides of the tailpips. But this one is all wonky.
  4. This is a Nismo too. When you measure up the tailpipes to the rear valance it actually looks like the right tailpipe is slightly pointed outwards more than the left one, but surely if they're all made the same this can't be possible?
  5. Click the thumbnail for a bigger pic.. I've recently replaced my old Nismo system with a brand new one. As you can see, the right tailpipe is shifted over too far to the right and is touching the rear valance on the right side and the left side is hung down slightly too much. Been to three different exhaust places now and they all say the exhaust is mounted fine and that it's just the way the exhaust is made, but I had a Nismo on before the new one which was absolutely spot-on mm perfect and surely they're all made the same way in the same factory? Any suggestions? Anything I might be missing here?
  6. Like your avatar Thanks! It took me bloody ages!
  7. I've done 10k in 3 months due to being obsessed with driving my new car!
  8. Problem is lowered cars + low bodykits = no chance of getting in any multi story. Aren't there any park and ride car parks or big open flat car parks around? Pub car park? Or a car park at some kind of retail park or industrial estate? Gotta be something around.

    Michelin PS2's

Done about 5-6k on mine now and they are still looking pretty new, obviously haven't been trying hard enough! Still can't get over how much grip you have with these, the only down side to them is that when they do eventually let go in the wet, they really do let go.
  10. I thought the yellow tint looked quite good, very JDM. Maybe I'm wrong.
  11. As Phil said I changed my gear knob to the carbon/chrome Nismo one whilst I was up at ESR and to me it's made sooooo much difference to the way that the car drives it's unreal. The shifts feel 10x more precise and smoother, and also the throw feels shorter. The stock gear knob is like the broken link in the transmission, and as strange as it sounds you feel more "connected" to the gearbox and the changes with one of these. Switch over to any one of the gear knobs Phil has in stock and I guarantee you'll be impressed with the difference it makes, the stock one is crap! (also, they vibrate a hell of a lot less than the stock one for some reason. )
  12. We should try and get some pics outside the stadium or something at the Reading meet? Can't get up the Basingstoke multi-storey
  13. Keep seeing a few different Zeds around Southampton/Winchester...a couple of silver roadsters, a blue coupe, a blue coupe with aftermarket wheels and exhaust, couple of silver ones, an orange one... Are any locals on here at all? Would be cool to have a little meet up somewhere.
  14. Come on, someone get a route planned! The weather is looking tops so far (fingers crossed!) so we may as well get out and have some fun! I'd try and sort one but I'm a stranger to the area.
  15. Haha never noticed that before! Those tyres are immense btw, I highly recommend them to anyone. MILES better than the old Toyo's it had on before.
  16. He's a top guy too. Doesn't get on here much but I speak to him on MSN now and then and Bad Breed is definitely still evolving into even more of a beast!
  17. Where can I get these headlights?
  18. Do you have stuff rolling around underneath the passenger seat? There's a connection under there that's pretty sensitive. Have a fiddle with all the connectors and then do the airbag light reset. Worked for me when I had this problem.
  19. Looking forward to seeing your Z too pal! My new Nismo system is nicely run in now and begging for some tunnels!
  20. Nice one cheers Andy. The alarm keeps going off as we speak.
  21. Cheers Andy, got any more info?
  22. It is yeah. Ebized just PM'd be with a genius idea. There's a sensor/switch thing under the bonnet linked to the alarm and maybe my carbon bonnet isn't pushing it down hard enough. I'm gonna layer some duct tape under the bonnet where it touches the switch and see if it does anything!
