I believe that the police put all complaints in a file and IF something happens they present it as evidence in court. I think they use it to 'paint a picture' of your driving style eg. 2 complaints of tail gating and you have an accident that involved tail gating then the judge can use this when he decides on punishment. If there are complaints against you, you can't say it was a one off mistake.

I bought a plenum, not exactly the same but the results are similar. Believe me you notice the difference! It's a wicked piece of kit, adds a lot in the midrange and changes the engine note all through the rev range. It's definately worth the money and it's the ONLY mod that will actually make a difference.

Check the tyre pressures first off. It's free and could be the problem. Always best to test the simple stuff before getting carried away. Low pressure COULD cause this. While checking the tyres have a look at the makes and the tread. See if anything catches your eye like uneven wear etc.

I looked when it was 260 on any contract. The trouble is I'm on an old contract (£25 on 12 month with loads of free calls and texts) so I don't want to change it as I usually get any phone for free including blackberrys etc. It was just the iphone they wanted money for.

Personally I'd avoid fibreglass aftermarket kits as there is no flex and first time it gets touched it'll crack. You got a link the the kit you're looking at?

I have one of those XDA things that o2 make. I like it. It has everything I need, is easy to use and I think it looks ok. It's no iphone but I must say I wasn't overly impressed with that anyway.... Not for the money anyway! My contract is up in a month or two so will have to decide soon..... I must say I'd replace mine with the new version but we'll see what comes out between now and then! I don't like the N95. I think it's cheap looking and cheap feeling. I also don't care for the operation of it.
