do you mean the traders logo's on the frontpage/portal ?

 

if you have a decent firewall it may be blocking advertisements, mine did until i ticked a little box in the programme.

 

i use kerio personnal sunbelt firewall, works fully for 30 days then cuts down a few options but still fully functioning and free
