Hello just after a bit of help! I have a 2005 350z and wondering if a 2006 Bose system would be the same and fit, and would the wiring looms be there and it be an easy fit? Cheers

The systems are married to the car's ECU, so you need to bear that in mind if you want to put another Zed's into yours. I think it requires Nissan assistance.

Just out of interest, why would you not just go for something aftermarket and better?

Oh ok cheers. Was thinking when it came to sound systems Bose were up with the best

In "other" cars yes. The Zed contains only the name BOSE, everything underneath it is Clarion...... so it's pants!!

Ditch and replace!

I recently took out my full Bose system.

its all yours for free if you collect, or for the price of postage if you want it shipped.

headunit skips CDs when cold (almost everyone complains about this. they all do it).

one of the rear speakers sounds a little knackered.

but its all there if you want it.

headunit, front and rear speakers, sub, amp. some wiring but not all of it < but you will be re-using most of ywhat youve got, i assume?

drop me a PM if interested.

I've got a BOSE system in my Alfa 159 and it's bloody brilliant, so yes agreed BOSE is a good brand. Just a shame the system was downgraded in the Zed.
