Roof painting

GARGOYLE

Recommended Posts

Hi folks just finished buffing and polishing the roof and b pillar covers here's some more pictures. I will get some up close pictures in the daylight so you can see the gold pearl glitter. I am well pleased with the outcome of the paint, all this was done in my garage with the help of a friend who's been spraying car's for 20 year's. 446f6d7ec2be73a9bad5efb613888a67.jpg79e80961519584278ef2d6e07410a58c.jpg8cee5d698acde9a25d0460c78723420b.jpg3fca90320233181af31d717edff03fb8.jpg

 Great job Gargoyle, did the A pillar trims come off ok.?

My Z is in the spray shop ready to have its roof sprayed on Monday.

Did you need to replace the tapes to the window/ door rubbers when you fitted everything back if so what did you use?

I was careful when removing the door seals and didn't have to use new tape the old stuff was still really good and sticky.

When removing the A pillar cover it came off slowly and no clips broke, just take your time and think about each step don't rush the job.
