Squeaking clutch pedal?

Hi all,

 

Wondering if anyone has has similar problems when the clutch is pressed and makes a squeal like noise? (I've attached a short video).

 

It's louder from the outside than inside and it's just bugging me.

 

Any help/advice will be much appreciated

Mine does it.........I've been told that my one comes from inside the bell housing, so I'm not going to be doing that I'm not saying yours does, but it maybe the cause ?

Sorry, it's a different noise to mine after listening again..........so ignore my last comment, but good luck with finding the cause

If it's an early model I.e. not a rev up just crawl under and grease the slave cylinder as it's on the outside of the gearbox (05/06+ have them inside) just pull the rubber sleeve back and stick some on it. Mine happens when it's wet as the water runs down my engine(carbon vents bonnet) and into the slave causing the grease to wash away and I get that horrible squeak. If that doesn't work zmanalex/clarkmotorsports will get you a new one =)

nope i am afraid not as its built inside the bell housing I believe.
