Dashboard/steering wheel housing rattle

I have recently purchased a 2008 350z roadster GT. I have a really annoying buzz/rattle around the steering wheel/instrument and clock clusters. Any ideas?

Ohh I have the same. If I put my finger on the plastic it stops.this is one of many I'm slowly working through. I'm going to buy some padded tape and start sticking! Have you found a solution yet?

Had a rattle off the triple gauge console, there's clip that wont play since aftermarket double din was fitted. I used the shock absorbant qualities of strategically place blutack to stop it - worked a treat

what doesnt rattle on the Zed interior!! Knee or elbow smash normally sorts it!!

Are they generally all that bad? I thought it was just me being paronoid!

A bit of foam or cardboard discretely stuffed between dash and windscreen stops many rattles.

I've had a zmanalex business card stopping a rattle for many, many years now (cheers Alex )
