mattross1313 Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 (edited) Up for sale are my DIY crystal reflectors (for DE Bumper) into which I have installed daytime running lights. Inspired by the old group buy from CS2000, only I used a single beam COB style LED as opposed to regular LEDs. These are very bright and look awesome on the car. Included will be a small switch and enough wiring to reach the cockpit. I powered mine from the passenger side cigarette lighter. As with a lot of projects I have undertaken with the car, I wanted the outcome to be custom, but also have a 'stock' look and feel to it. I didn't just want to stick a set of LED strips to the front of the car as that would look odd when the car was not running. To resolve this I cut into the back of the reflector with a dremel, attached the COB strip and loaded the rear with clear silicone to stop water getting in. I am looking for £50 including UK postage.
