If you dont mind an arch roll or tyre stretch, 18x9.5 ET12 up front and 18x10 ET12 on the rear fit fairly easily with no brake clearance problems.

18x11 ET8 with lowering... that's going to be a case of try and see really, as it's not an exact science.

 

265 is the smallest that can be fitted according to Falken, most other brands will require a minimum of 275.

 

With that offset and height I would suggest it's possible you'll have to roll the arch lip to avoid the tyre rubbing on them.
