gingerslippers Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Hi, have an 05 UK convertible and about a week ago I went to put the hood down and the normal process started i.e windows down, passenger seat came forward and rear window part came unclipped but then the rear window didnt come up. I pressed the button again and there was a noise but the actual rear part didnt come up. It seems to be the 5th bow motor and I have seen that its likely to be fixed by replacing the bushes in the motor. It seems quite involved and wondered if anyone had any experience of this and even better, if anyone could recommend someone who has undertaken the work/ knows what they are doing. Would much prefer to pay a mechanic to do it! Thanks Quote
