Hi all

my 2005 JDM has a fault with the power steering I think. It has become sticky or jerky when turning corners. Also if you wiggle steering whilst driving in straight line you can feel a resistance point come and then pass as you go over that point and then another comes?? Belt is good and tight and no signs of wear. No belt squeal. Have read forums here but found no topic on this problem yet. My previous car had similar ( not 350Z) problem and all I did was flush out fluid completely and refill with new. I have no idea how to drain this car of steering fluid nor which fluid to use. My car is a 2005 so has no speed sensitive action to it like the newer ones do. It is not tyres ( 4 new ones recently).Possible tight ball joint?

help please?
