Bumper differences?

Hi guys, got a 55 plate z, and I'm after a JDM rear bumper, (the square numberplate recess one) now I've found one locally, but it's on a convertible, would this fit my z without any issues? Or is the rear bumper different? Cheers guys!

But I'm buying one that's coming off a convertible and want to fit it to my normal hardtop, recon it's the same fittings?
