One thing not often mentioned is that the facelifts gain an extra 70 kgs for some strange reason so the extra 20 bhp is mainly negated. They are in lbs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_350Z#Models 70kgs is certainly a considerable amount of weight for what was a just a facelift so there must have been a lot of undocumented chassis changes.
