choptop Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Was reading recently that later this year/next year unleaded fuel will start containing up to 10 per cent ethanol which will have an effect on fuel economy. I believe cars produced after 2002 are ok to take it so fingers crossed our Zeds should be ok. is there anyone on the forum who is `in the know` on this matter and can give further information to us all? Ekona Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 It's fine. It's been around for years now, it's just the E85 (which is mostly ethanol) that you can't use. Quote

Here's the formula. (CH3CH2)4Pb + 13 O2 → 8 CO2 + 10 H2O + Pb 2 Quote
delz0r Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 In Ireland we only have regular unleaded but it contains 6.383% ethanol. None of the Zeds here have gone bang yet so don't be worrying Quote
