New discs?

I need new rear discs and pads for the back of the car.

 

Iv got brembo callipers so are all the discs the same, will all the 350z ones fit?

 

Also looking at getting drilled and grooved, so would I have to change the front ones aswell or will they be ok just changing the backs till the front ones need doing?
