Kerry Posted November 4, 2013 Share Posted November 4, 2013 Hi guys wanted to know the differences between the VQ35DE & VQ35DE Rev Up looking on Wikipedia the non rev up produces less bhp (287bhp) but more torque than the rev up, is that correct? Are both engines equally easy to find mods for? And equally make similar gains with mods? Are all 2006 models rev up engines? Is there a different engine in the JDM models? Neilp Posted November 4, 2013 Share Posted November 4, 2013 The interior is much better in the 2006 and it has bi-xenon headlights. It also has led rear lights. 2006 produces more power and torque once modified. Both are as expensive to mod. Tax is higher on 2006 facelift car.
