Where to get decent LED BULBS?

Anyone know somewhere I can get decent led bulbs from? Ultraleds used to do them but there stopped that range now

 

Anything like ebay is 12v rated and blow because the z spikes to 14.1v....

 

Specifically I'm after tail lights (ie the bulb that's on when your front lights are on) and the number plate ones.

I got these for the number plate, perfect brightness and cheap. Still not blown and has been in for weeks!

I just replaced the kit leds with two off ebay 6 leds in one by partsulike user and they are brighter and have lasted so far as I had 3 bulbs go in a week with the others.
