Rust Warranty

Was going through the manual and in the warranty section,

 

States: Perforation from corrosion Warranty. Covers inside to outside perforation.

 

6-12 Years Unlimited miles.

 

 

 

Now would the above be applicable for rust bubbles appearing? Would I be covered under this warranty to be looked at?

 

or have I just asked a daft question.

Never mind, did some digging and found similar threads, time to try my luck with the dealerships.

checked the logs, has a FSNH, but lacks Bodywork checks, after reading the forum people seem to have been successful without this check

 

At the end of the day, rust is rust and the warranty states 12 years etc. If needs be, will just mention to them about the law and court

Tbf I didn't even think of anything like this untill I had a quick look through the logs and found that document, so worth a go as you say.

I've tried twice for the bonnet, never heard a damned thing yet and can't be arsed pushing it because it'll bra warped out soon enough.
