pdg32 Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) Just wondered what people's recommendations / preferences are for something that offers the best combination of looks, poke and economy for around the same money as a zed? May have to part with my 54 plate next summer in order to save for a house deposit - as much as I don't want to, it'll have to go sooner or later. 12-18 months time. In the meantime thought I'd see what the best alternatives are - presumably a3 tdi or that sort of thing? Nothing like that will match the zed on looks or performance, but don't want to compromise too much if possible. Most cars as quick as a Zed but more economical will be more expensive so can't see the point really... I bought a skyline myself and now it's creeping up in value.
