I always do this between weekly washes if it gets surface dust on it or rain marks (not if it's heavily soiled though). I use Chemical Guys Speed Wipe which doesn't streak and also has the benefit of being anti static so discourages build up of dust. Also enhances wax and smells great! Quote
Daryl Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 I got 5 litres of FinishKare 452, and found that is very good also. Really brings out the shine. Also, doing this after a wax, has the added benefit of removing any wax residue that you may have missed. Quote

Also prepping the car more prior to wax will give a better result Also depends on which type of wax used. I find some give better water repelling but others have less with more of a shine. Combining waxes can work too Quote
