Cop pretending to limp at the end..he had steel toe cap boots on standard US Cop issue. The guy did not run over his foot

Exactly, driver was a dick, but he didn't need to use so much force, he almost flung the door off its hinges and looks to be cm's away from smashing into that taxi. I shudder to think of the cost of a new door + fitting from Ferrari.

Can't see why the policeman isn't liable for the repairs, the guy was no threat, there was no need to punch the car, he wasn't acting aggressively simply telling him to get out the car because he is under arrest is the normal first point of action I would have thought...
