Would ut be a bad idea when replacing tyres to go for a tyre with a lower profile. If it will not affect drivability can anyone suggest what dimensions to go for? Cheers Also, if you lowered the profile, you'd also affect the rolling radius of the tyre, therefore you would have to make sure that you stayed within the EDC boundaries (think its 3%). Going to a 35 profile for example on 18s would mean you'd be -7.23% and therefore under reading on your speedo by 6mph (at 70mph).....
