I looked at the last auction, got registered and everything, then it shows you the additional charges, and at that point I lost interest.

What are the charges? I assumed they would be the same you pay as the ones included in buying a plate normally?

I bought a TOM plate for my son, cost £750 from DVLA, with vat, auction fees, transfer fee etc, came to £1,120.

 

So yes' there are additional fees to pay, just like any auction it's not the hammer price you pay, there's always add on's... :scare:
