DTC error

I did search but could only find the long list of codes but not an explanation on how to fix it.

 

I have DTC P1147 and P1167 (Ho2s2 B1) Ho2sw B2) error codes

 

P1147 Heated O2 Sensor 2

 

P1167 Heated O2 Sensor 2

 

I have HFC and apparently I have the spacers(according to the previous owner) (if i didnt wouldnt they both throw up errors?)

 

Any ideas?

Have you got the spacers on the OT sensors? Id like to get rid of the engine management light so want to get this fixed....

I have Berk de-cats which have built in spacers, been on my car for 5 months and never thrown a code or put the light on

Does anyone know which of the sensors my error relates to? left or right on the HFCs or is there any sensor further up the exhaust?

There are 4 sensors. 2 in the manifolds before the cats. It will be the ones in the HFC that will be throwing the code

The chap i bought the car off last week said he only ever so the code once and that was before he fitted the spacers. So something must be ucked.

I've got sims fitted on my car and the code comes up every few days, I always have to check and clear it, gets tedious!

When the code comes on does it make the engine behave differently? ie alters fueling etc (like limp mode)

have you tryd the reset procedure? best way to cure it is with uprev, but that leads down a dark dangerous path

Yeah I had it reset but it just comes back, Uprev on the list for next year.
