nixy Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 Yeah, I had seen that one - hoping to get one with low miles via the import route but if it doesn't work out then something like that would be a definite. Feel free to keep looking! Quote
alscar Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 I know who owns that.. He really dotes on it! I would very much imagine its a very well looked after car! Quote
stuey Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 perfect for nixy............... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LILAC-BARBIE-TOY- ... dZViewItem .................................... Quote
nixy Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 shows how little you know - I would have preferred an A Team Van! You got the black eye right though! Quote
Digsy Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 By all accounts the Zed seems to handle mileage well - the engine is designed for 200k miles apparently. I know of one with 80k on it and the only costs have been a couple of clutches and a flywheel. If you can be reasonably confident that this has been looked after, as mentioned above, I would be tempted to take a punt on something like this rather than a JDM of unknown providence. High mileage hammers values and there may well be a fair bit on negotiation left to come on that price. PS Not knocking JDMs, its just that something is known about this particular car. Quote
alscar Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 Well, not trying to hard to sell it for someone I know.. But I do know he drives it like a kitten! Definatly not a thrashed car in any respect! PS. Nige, if you do read this you can give me commision! Quote
