PM staying in outbox not sent why????

Hi I have PM'd twice and both times have just sat in my out box and noty sent how comes, my mail box is not full either?

recipient hasn't read it yet, when they do it will go in your sent box

Yup - thats correct, all PM's will stay in your outbox until the recipient logs into the forum, when they do - the message is copied to the recipients inbox, and also sent to your sentbox.

 

While the message is in your outbox you can still edit it, or delete it (if you decide after you have hit send, that you want to change your mind).

 

If the recipient is online when you send your PM, it will only sit in your outbox until the recipient clicks another link on the site. Once they do, it will appear in their inbox and you lose your chance to change your mind.
