Window drops at high speed

Hi there,

 

Bit of an odd problem. At high speeds my passenger window drops slightly as if the door is opened which is really annoying/distracting and noisy. If i hold the window switch up it goes back up untill I let go.

 

Is there a known fix for this problem apart from driving slower?
