  1. SOLD . I'll try and point the new owner in the direction of this forum. Really nice guy and a big petrolhead (Lotus Carlton as a weekend toy, enough said!).
  2. Just a heads up that I've got a few people from Pistonheads interested in the car in case anyone on here is mulling it over. Gonna be sad to see her go
  3. You know you want to . Lol, now that is a tempting offer! If it has an extra foot of headroom you've got a deal.
  4. Thanks guys, hopefully she'll get to stay in the club . Here's a few pics before wrapping.
  5. Another ‘the time has come’ for sale post, this time for my twin turbo 350Z GT. I’ve had the car for nearly three years and am now having to sell due to an ongoing back problem. It’s nothing major but I need something with a little more headroom to accommodate all 6’7 of me! Here’s the spec: Engine SFR 350Z 60-1 Hi-Fi Twin-Turbo "Complete" System 2 x T3/T4 60-1 Hi-Fi Turbonetics turbos with ball bearing upgrade Seals replaced and turbos refreshed (Nov 2013) 2 x 321SS tubular low mount manifolds with burns stainless merge collectors 2 x 304SS downpipes 2 x Tial 38mm external wastegates TurboWerx oil scavenge pump Heavy duty replacement to the pump that came with the turbo kit (Nov 2013) Aluminum oil sump Spearco front mount intercooler 440cc drop in injectors Walbro 255 fuel pump All intake and intercooler piping with integrated AFM and HKS SSQV 2 x K&N low mounted air filters Oil cooler with Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate Koyorad R-Series 53mm aluminium radiator CJM stage 1 fuel return system UpRev MAF GT HKS Super Fire Racing spark plugs iridium heat range 8 (Feb 2012) HKS true dual 3" carbon titanium exhaust Abbey Motorsport custom oil catch can Brakes, suspension and transmission DBA 4000 T3 front discs (brand new) and Ferodo DS2500 pads (brand new) DBA 4000 rear discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads (Jul 2013) HKS braided brake lines MeisterR Zeta-S coilovers with damper adjustment extensions (Nov 2012) Whiteline front and rear anti roll bars SuperPro front and rear suspension bush kits (Aug 2012) Competition Clutch twin clutch and flywheel (Nov 2013) Beautifully weighted and slightly lighter than the heavy stock pedal feel Braided clutch line OEM slave cylinder (Apr 2014) Exterior Wrapped in Hexis Glacier White by PW Pro (Apr 2014) For those that haven’t heard of PW Pro they’re one of the most highly regarded wrapping companies in the UK with crazy attention to detail! I purchased the car at around 30k miles and took it straight to Abbey Motorsport where it's been serviced ever since. Mark and the guys have done a cracking job making it a reliable build and a car that's easy to drive when you're pottering around town and a monster when you want it to be . With the body mods completed at RT Performance the paintwork underneath is in superb condition should you wish to go back to orange (I'll post up some pics before it was wrapped shortly). With a forged engine and larger injectors you'd easily be looking at around 600hp as this car already has all the supporting mods. Personally I've found 460hp on the road plenty, and it's nice to have the option to tweak it down in the winter months using the boost controller. As you can see from the dyno graphs it's running around 380lb/ft and 405whp. On to the bad points. There's some yellowing of the wrap around the exhaust tips. It cleans up somewhat but not completely (you might be able to spot it in the photos). There are a couple of stone chips in the front bumper vinyl and the painted splitter has a couple of paint cracks. Neither are really noticeable unless you're up close. The wheels are in very good condition but do have a couple of marks. It also only came with one key from the previous owner. I'm asking £12,200 for the car OVNO. Please feel free to ask any questions. I'm based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire if you want to pop over to view it.

  14. Looks as good as new and I somehow even have the original instructions, not that you need them . £20 delivered in the UK.
  15. Brand new, genuine Nissan gearbox oil (3 litres) and Molyslip gearbox additive. £40 delivered in the UK.
  16. I’m looking to sell my Z soon hence posting these up for sale. They’ve done about 3 or 4 trackdays and are in good condition but do suffer from the usual paint bubbling. By the looks of it they’ve never been refurbished judging by the factory white paint dot on the rim. The tyres are Federal RS-R’s in 235/40/18 and 255/35/18 with 4.5-5.5mm tread left. For those that aren’t familiar with this tyre, it’s a more track orientated tyre but still fine for road use (just be a bit more cautious in standing water). I’ve even managed to drive through the winter on them where they were fine even in light snow! On track they’re superb, I’d say as good as R888’s in the dry but with much better wet grip and longevity. There are two very slight scores in the rubber that run across the width of the tyres which after some investigation is quite common with these. A local garage has inspected them and agreed that the score isn’t very deep and that they’re safe to continue using. Sure enough one score has virtually disappeared as the tyres have started to wear. There’s also a slightly blue patch on one of the tyres, possibly from a brake lock-up on the last trackday. £400 collected from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (priority will go to those willing to collect) or £450 delivered in the UK. Advertised elsewhere.
  17. Looking good. Are those Bride Vorga's?
  18. Got exactly the same problem. Yet to take the door card off and reset so hopefully that'll fix it.
  19. Welcome along and always great to see another Azure on the road. Still my favourite factory colour. I've had an identical experience with Rebel as Ian. It's a shame their club went that way. The reason you got a flaming on FullyFuelled is you asked for people's opinion on the running costs of a Z having made it clear to everyone you're living way beyond your means. Have to say I agree, but wish you the best of luck keeping this one running.
